Refund Policy

At zBee, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality service and a seamless experience. We understand there may be times when you need to return an item or cancel an order. Below is our detailed return policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Online Payment Orders: You can request a refund for a cancelled order only if it has not yet been accepted by the vendor. Once accepted, no refunds are issued, and you will lose the delivery of your cancelled order.
    • Cash-On-Delivery Orders: You may cancel your order only if it has not been accepted by the vendor. Cancelling after acceptance means you will lose the delivery of your cancelled order, and cash-on-delivery might not be available for future orders.
  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date. Provide your order number and the details of your issue. Our team will review your request and initiate the refund if eligible.
  3. Refund Methods:

    • Refunds are issued to the zBee Wallet or the original payment method used. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Consumable products that have been opened or used.
    • Services that have been fully rendered, such as delivery services once completed.
  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders cancelled within 20 minutes of placement or before vendor acceptance, whichever is sooner, may be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled later or after vendor acceptance are not eligible for a refund.
  6. Refund for Failed Application/Request:

    • zBee may refund the equivalent sum paid if, for any reason, we are unable to process the application/request of Packages/Fees.
  7. Additional Terms:

    • We may require you to provide additional information or documents, such as a photo of physical receipts for Pick-Up Orders, before processing a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the required information or documents are not provided.
    • If your refund is delayed, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company or bank. For further assistance, reach out to our customer support via the contact options on our "Contact Us" page.
    • zBee reserves the right to cancel any order and/or suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account if fraudulent activities are suspected or detected.
  8. Responsibility for Delays:

    • You bear the risk of any damage or loss of goods due to unreasonable delays in pickup. You are responsible for inspecting the goods when you pick up your order and must report any issues or defects to the vendor before leaving the premises.
  9. Policy Updates:

    • zBee may update or modify this return policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our website. All changes are effective immediately upon posting.
